Duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Perform data entry
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes and experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Office Administration
- Minimum College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience using Microsoft programs - Outlook, Officem Excel, Word, Powerpoint, InDesign, SharePoint and other programs
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible and reliable in a fast paced, evolving, and changing environment
- Ability to prioritize and excellent time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Be a team player
- Communication and interpersonal skills, including fluent English oral and written skills.
Hours will be 8:30am to 5:00 pm.
