Steven has more than twenty years of local and international experience in residential, mixed-use and commercial projects in all phases of their development.
His education includes a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia (formerly the Technical University of Nova Scotia). Since graduating in 1993, Steven has worked in Canada, Boston and Bermuda on a variety of resort, high-end single & multi-unit residential projects as well as commercial and mixed-use developments. He has extensive experience in working closely with Developers/Builders and municipal authorities to ensure successful project delivery. Steven is a registered architect in British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Washington State and New York State.
